Abstract

Figure 1 in the full version of the above-listed paper incorrectly shows that both primary and elective PCI are performed without on-site surgery in the state of Washington. Only primary PCI without on-site surgery is performed in Washington. Therefore, the statements in the full version and the Executive summary should reflect that there are 27 states where both primary and elective PCI are performed without on-site surgery.
