Abstract:A 41-year-old male presented to the outpatient department with complaints of redness and pain in the left lower eyelid for 3 days. Left lower eyelid showed ulcer present laterally on the intermarginal strip with the bare mucosal surface. There was mild edema and conjunctival injection adjacent to the ulcer. He had a history of fever and perioral rashes for last 5 days. Tzanck smear from perioral lesions showed multinucleated giant cells.
