Abstract:Introduction: Erosive pustular dermatosis of the scalp (EPDS) is rare inflammatory dermatosis of unknown etiology, which mainly affects the scalp. The condition is characterized by sterile pustules, often with secondary bacterial colonization, erosions and crusts which lead to scarring alopecia.
