Erosion of Common Femoral Artery 3 Years After Total Hip Arthroplasty in a Patient with Marfan Syndrome

Abstract: Case: A patient with congenital hip dysplasia and Marfan syndrome presented 3 years after total hip arthroplasty (THA) with acute ischemia of the left lower extremity secondary to popliteal artery embolism. Intravenous ultrasound revealed common femoral artery (CFA) dilation with an intraluminal thrombus.
