Ergonomists as designers: computational modelling and simulation of complex socio-technical systems

Abstract: Contemporary ergonomics problems are increasing in scale, ambition, and complexity. Understanding and creating solutions for these multi-faceted, dynamic, and systemic problems challenges traditional methods.
