Ergochromes: Heretofore Neglected Side of Ergot Toxicity

Abstract: Ergot, fungal genus Claviceps, are worldwide distributed grass pathogens known for their production of toxic ergot alkaloids (EAs) and the great agricultural impact they have on both cereal crop and farm animal production.
