Erdheim-Chester disease – case report

Abstract: Summary Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) belongs to the malignant polyostotic sclerotic forms of non-Langerhans histiocytosis. During abnormal prolipheration of pathologic histiocytes (foam cells), involved structures become hypertrophic with increased density followed by scarring.
