Equali̇ty of Opportuni̇ty Duri̇ng the Ongoi̇ng Covid-19 Pandemi̇c: Teachers' and Parents' Vi̇ews

Abstract: 2019 yılının son aylarında Çin'de ortaya çıkan yeni tip koronavirüs (Covid-19); kısa sürede küresel bir salgına dönüşmesiyle bütün dünyayı etkisi altına almış, dünyanın dört bir yanındaki eğitim kurumlarında, yüz yüze öğretimden çevrimiçi öğretime geçiş yapılmak zorunda kalınmıştır. Okulların kapatılması ile dünya genelinde sosyo-ekonomik düzeyi düşük milyonlarca öğrenci eğitim hakkına erişememiştir.
