Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma of the Lip: Case Report

Abstract: ascular tumors range from benign hemangiomas to fully malignant angiosarcomas .1-4 Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) are rare vascular tumors of round to polygonal cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm, intracytoplasmic vacuoles and vesicular nuclei.
