Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Generalized tonic-clonic seizures (GTCS) are among the most dramatic types of epileptic seizures and may be accompanied by rising blood pressure and pulse rate, physical injuries from falling, muscular convulsions, tongue biting, or aspiration pneumonia.
