Epigenetic and Environmental Risk Factors in Skin Cancer

Abstract: Epigenetic mechanisms cause changes in gene expression and cell phenotype without DNA sequence changes. They have been reported to play role in skin cancers, and identified as DNA methylation, histone modifications and microRNAs.
