Abstract:Epidural cavernous Hemangiomas (ECH) or Cavernoma are very rare benign tumours or tumour like malformations comprising about 4% of all epidural spinal tumours and 12% of spinal hemangiomas. Out of these 60% are reported in dorsal spine. They may occur at any age with peak at 40yrs age and a female predilection.
