Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Epidermolysis Bullosa Acquisita (EBA) is an autoimmune disease which presents with chronic blistering and scarring of the skin and mucous membranes. We present a case of EBA presenting with Usual Interstitial Pneumonia (UIP) and pneumomediastinum; an extremely rare complication.
