“…Studies conducted in Central Ethiopia (Fikru et al, 2009;Awoke et al, 2012) andSouthwestern Ethiopia (Ayalew et al, 2012) on the double mortality rate and epidemiology of chronic illness respectively uncovered that people from all social strata are susceptible to chronic illness.
