Epidemiological and Clinical Features of 2019 Novel Coronavirus Diseases (COVID-19) in the South of Iran

The disease might also present with nonspeci c symptoms such as myalgia, which has also been reported as the most frequent (66%) syndrome in Fars province for COVID-19 in previous studies [16], making it hard to distinguish.
