Abstract: L'opinion s'est alarmée, il y a trois ans, de la soudaine extension des cas de choléra dans certaines parties du monde. 1970 fut surnommée « l'année du choléra ». Trente neuf États, au moins, auraient été touchés, principalement en Orient et en Afrique.
