Epi-LASIK using the Amadeus II microkeratome

Abstract: This in vitro study found a high cut quality using the epi-LASIK separator of the Amadeus II microkeratome. The resulting cleavage plane at Bowman's membrane was well suited for the subsequent laser ablation.
