Abstract: Objective:In this study, it was aimed to evaluation of alexithymia in male patients before open-heart surgery. The correlation between alexithymia and psychopathology was also investigated.Methods:Thirty-two male patients who had cardiovascular disease were enrolled before open-heart surgery.
