Abstract

Electronic poster abstractsneovascularisation density was detected by immunohistochemical CD31 staining. CEUS images were analysed for peak intensity (PI), time to peak (TTP). Results: Compared with conventional contrast-enhanced ultrasound, peak intensity (PI) is larger, time to peak (TTP) is shorter in targeted contrast-enhanced ultrasound. There was a linear relationship between PI and MVD(P > 0.05) Conclusions: With the CXCL12 antibody targeted ultrasound contrast in ultrasound evaluation of tumour imaging has more advantages than ordinary.
