Abstract

Diagnosis of VGA with heart failure was made. B twin ultrasound examination was normal. In a further control death of the A twin was objectivised. Delivery at 34 weeks Caesarean section, A twin stillborn. B twin was normal.VGA is an uncommon diagnosis and constitute 1% of all intracranial vascular anomalies. Antenatal diagnosis and referral to a centre with facilities for advanced neonatal cardiac care and neuroradiological therapy can improve the prognosis. EP09.13Septo-optic dysplasia: a case report
