EP-277 Emphysematous cholecystitis: A diagnostic dilemma and treatment challenge

Abstract: Background Emphysematous cholecystitis (EC) is a rare life-threatening variant of acute cholecystitis. It is commonly seen in elderly men who are immunocompromised, known diabetes mellitus or peripheral vascular disease.
