Abstract: Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is an anti-neutrophilic cytoplasm antibody (ANCA)associated vasculitis characterized by asthma and eosinophilia. Although EGPA involves multiple organs, ocular involvement is infrequent and often carries a poor visual prognosis.
