Enzymatische Versuche zur Entstehung des Lignins, IV. Mitteil.: Dehydrierungen in der Guajacolreihe

Abstract: Bei der Dehydrierung von 4‐Methyl‐ bzw. Äthyl‐ bzw. n‐Propylguajacol und Dihydro‐coniferylakohol mit Sauerstoff in Gegenwart von Champignon‐Oxydase entstehen hauptsächlich Diphenyl‐Derivate. Die Struktur der höhermolekularen′ Dehydrierungsprodukte aus Guajacyl‐aceton, Ferulasäure und Dihydroferulasäure wird auf Grund von Abbauversuchen diskutiert.
