Abstract:Introduction: The efficacy and tolerability of Enzalutamide and Abiraterone Acetate have been reported in elderly patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). However, there is no randomized study directly comparing antitumor effects between these 2 agents in geriatric patients.
