(1) Aims and Objectives: Mobile health (mHealth) is increasingly becoming a favorite healthcare delivery solution in underserved areas around the globe. This study aims to identify the influence of technology–organization–environment (TOE) factors on mHealth adoption and to assess the influence of mHealth on the reduction in health disparities in the context of healthcare delivery in low-resource settings. (2) Methods: A cross-sectional survey of physicians and nurses was carried out at six hospitals in the public and private health sectors in Pakistan. The survey’s theoretical foundation is based on the technology–organization–environment (TOE) framework. TOE constructs (relative advantage, compatibility, management support, organizational readiness, external support, and government regulations) were used to develop hypotheses. The hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling (SEM). (3) Results: Findings from this study show that management support and external support are the two main predictors of mHealth adoption among healthcare professionals. The study proposes an mHealth adoption model that can significantly contribute towards improving medical outcomes, reducing inefficiencies, expanding access, lowering costs, raising quality, making medicine more personalized for patients, and gaining advantages from mHealth solutions in order to reduce health disparities. (4) Conclusion: The study suggests that there is no single approach that could support mHealth adoption. Instead, a holistic approach is required that considers cultural, economic, technological, organizational, and environmental factors for successful mHealth adoption in low-resource settings. Our proposed mHealth model offers guidance to policymakers, health organizations, governments, and political leaders to make informed decisions regarding mHealth implementation plans.

Mindfulness Contributing to Publication Anxiety Reduction: A Random Controlled Trial Analysis

Graduate research students face unprecedented challenges due to the increased demand for publications as a graduation requirement in today's institutions of higher learning, leading to anxiety. Some people seem unfazed by this phenomenon and cope with it better than others. Using the random controlled trial method, a direct effect between mindfulness and publication anxiety was tested and mediated by psychological capital using 605 samples divided into control group (297) and intervention group (308). The intervention group was asked to listen to self-guided mindfulness audio for four weeks. The aim was to examine the impact of mindfulness practice in reducing publication anxiety among graduate research students. The findings showed that mindfulness is negatively associated with publication anxiety, and PsyCap acts as a mediator between mindfulness and publication anxiety in both control and intervention groups. The study concludes with a discussion of the study's limitations, future research, and practical applications.

Elementary School Students: A Practical Situation Analysis of an Ethnomathematics Learning Mobile Application

This study aimed to analyze elementary school students' didactical situation in traditional games using a mathematics learning mobile application. This study analyzed the traditional games of endog-endogan, engklek, and congklak, which originate from the Sundanese culture in West Java, Indonesia. This qualitative study used a didactic research design involving 524 students. In the learning obstacle stage, 304 students in grades 1-6 of elementary school participated. In the initial didactic stage, 152 students from grades 1-6 of elementary school were involved, while in the revised design stage, another 152 students from grades 1-6 elementary school were involved. The instruments employed in these stages were the obstacle learning test, worksheet, documentation, and observation. The study findings revealed that the subjects experienced learning obstacles in epistemology on addition, subtraction, integers, and fractions. Through the initial didactic design process and revision, a mobile ethnomathematics learning teaching material application was developed with optimal endog-endogan and engklek games, with almost all teachers' predictions being the same as elementary school students' responses. Hence, mobile applications featuring traditional games can serve as a viable alternative to facilitate the acquisition of mathematical knowledge, making the learning process more accessible and adaptable to the topics studied. This combination of mobile applications with traditional games in teaching fills the gap in the lack of potential research on ethnomathematics learning in elementary schools.
