Environment Analysis: How Do You Catch the Learner?

Abstract: The paper explores the need to have a clear understanding of the environment into which learning materials and resources are introduced. The two main components are systems inquiry and design inquiry. Systems inquiry looks at a range of levels -the paper focuses on instructional, administrative and institutional levels.
