Abstract: We present an approach to analyzing the safety of asynchronous, independent, non-deterministic, turn-to-bearing horizontal maneuvers for two vehicles. Future turn rates, final bearings, and continuously varying ground speeds throughout the encounter are unknown but restricted to known ranges.
