Entwicklung und Optimierung eines halbtechnischen semikontinuierlichen, zweistufigen Zulaufverfahrens zur mikrobiellen Herstellung von Dihydroxyaceton

Abstract: In manchen Fällen ist die Synthese von Feinchemikalien auf biologischem Wege wirtschaftlicher als über chemische Verfahren. Ein klassisches Beispiel hierfür ist die mikrobielle Herstellung von Dihydroxyaceton. Der konventionelle etablierte Prozess hierbei ist das diskontinuierliche Zulaufverfahren im Rührkesselbioreaktor.
