Entrepreneurial Experiences of Becoming an Employer: An Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis

Abstract: The aim of this study is to better understand how entrepreneurs become employers. Taking a phenomenological position, my research uses a co-creative methodology to explore transitions from entrepreneur to entrepreneur-employer.
