Abstract:Este artículo y sus autores declaran no tener conflictos de interés y no hay financiamiento involucrado.Se presentan dos casos clínicos de "criscross" de ramas pulmonares, una forma infrecuente de malformación del origen de estas arterias desde lados opuestos del tronco pulmonar y cuyos trayectos se cruzan en su camino hacia sus respectivos pulmones. De manera aislada es una condición benigna, sin consecuencias hemodinámicas y de buen pronóstico.
