Entrapment of pulmonary artery catheter in superior vena caval cannulation site during cardiac surgery

Abstract: A pulmonary artery catheter (PAC) is a useful tool for monitor haemodynamics during cardiac surgery in patients with compromised ventricular function and helps in the perioperative patient management.
