Enterprise values and enterprise policy interdependence

Abstract: Enterprise governance results in enterprise policy, which is influenced by enterprise values. The aim of our research was to identify how enterprise values influence enterprise policy innovation. The study focuses on four value factors and their relationships as well as on their influence on enterprise policy innovation.
