Enterocolitis in the evolution of an early diagnosed Hirschsprung disease - case report

Abstract: Hirschsprung disease associated enterocolitis (HAEC) represents a recognized complication with multifactorial etiology, remaining a leading cause of morbidity and mortality among infants with Hirschsprung disease.
