Abstract:Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT), a unique DNA polymerase that catalyzes the template‐free incorporation of nucleotides into single‐stranded DNA, has facilitated the development of various oligonucleotide‐based tools and methods, especially in the field of template‐free enzymatic DNA synthesis.
