Abstract: This study aims to enhance the sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) detection and visualization of extracellular polystyrene degrading enzyme expressed by Bacillus megaterium as a result of utilizing polystyrene as a sole carbon source.
