Enhancing patient experience by training local trainers in fundamental communication skills

Abstract: We thank David Gullen, MD for reviewing a portion of a draft of this work. We particularly thank all the future-trainers who have undergone the program for their participation, feedback, and inspiration to continue building this work.

“…Communication training programs will help players to fill these gaps among themselves which will help them to increase their sense of belongingness toward the team and also perceive team members as one entity, leading to better performance and individual commitment.
