Abstract: The surface of the deep ultraviolet (DUV) photodiodes requires an enhanced light absorption to improve wall-plug efficiency. The resonant Mie scatterer has a high optical mode density with a high refractive index all-dielectric resonant structure, which causes strong light coupling and improves forward scattering, providing a new perspective for efficient light absorption on the surface of the DUV photodiodes.
