Background: Noise intensity that exceeds Threshold Limit Value (TLV) can give impacts on non-auditory on the workers in a factory, in the form of an increase in blood pressure and pulse rate. Currently, health problems due to noise have caused the company’s total loss to reach 300 billion dollars due to absenteeism rate, decreased productivity, and treatment for occupational diseases. Research in Indonesia, especially the textile industry in the city of Surakarta, shows that noise from weaving machines with an intensity above 100 dBA affects blood pressure and pulse rate. This research was conducted at textile industry in Surakarta, one of the largest textile companies in Surakarta where the company has not been able to overcome the problem of noise intensity that exceeds the TLV which has the potential to cause blood pressure and pulse disturbances, and even decreased hearing function. This study aims to determine the relationship between noise intensity with blood pressure and pulse rate in textile industry workers. Method: This research is a correlation study, which is connecting the measurement variables of noise intensity with blood pressure and pulse rate. The sample in this study were 30 female workers in the weaving division who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instruments used in measuring noise were sound level meters and sphygmomanometers. Data analysis used the Pearson correlation test to determine the relationship between noise intensity with blood pressure and pulse rate disturbances.Result: The study showed significant correlation between noise intensity and pulse rate with a p value of 0.029, but noise intensity with blood pressure disturbances does not correlate, with a p value of 0.443.Conclusion: There is a relationship between noise intensity and pulse rate of the workers in a factory.

The research study takes a look at the impact of effective Planning on Organizational Productivity using Sterling bank Nigeria Plc as a case study. However, the research study makes use of primary data of questionnaire analysis and the estimation technique adopted in the study is spearman's rank correlation coefficient the objectives of the study are to determine the relationship between effective planning and organizational productivity and to also to examine whether effective Planning leads to employee's performance in an organization. Moreover, two hypotheses were tested using spearman's rank correlation coefficient and the results revealed that effective planning has a relationship with organizational productivity and that effective planning leads to employee performance in an organization. Therefore, the study concludes and recommends that managers' time and attention is that of improving productivity in Sterling bank is very important for both survival and maintenance of profit margins in the bank, therefore the bank should measure productivity on how well resources are combined and utilized;p[p[;[-ploaccomplish specific desirable results to be able to achieve its objectives on organizational need, articulate its strategies and carefully pursue them. The rapid improvement of technologies such as artificial intelligence in recent years has resulted in the development of smart technologies (ST) that can influence learning performance in different fields. The purpose of study is to explore the link between smart technology and learning performance. Using the S-O-R model as a framework, the researchers argue that smart technology (Stimuli) will increase corporate trust, self-efficacy, and well-being (Organism), resulting in improved learning performance (Response). The current model regards corporate trust and self-efficacy as relationship factors and investigates their direct influence on employee well-being and learning performance and the mediating role played by these variables. Additionally, the function of employee well-being in moderating the relationship between corporate trust, self-efficacy, and employee learning performance is also explored. The respondents (n = 516) in the present study are made up of employees from 10 logistics companies located in China. The data analysis is conducted using the AMOS software. The results show that that smart technologies can affect learning performance through corporate trust, self-efficacy, and employee well-being. The implementation of smart technology initiatives by corporations may provide positive workplace outcomes for employees (increased well-being), corporations (more engagement in workplace learning performance), and the relationship between employees and the companies that employ them (corporate trust and self-efficacy).
