Abstract: Ti 3 C 2 T x is a 2D layered structure and a promising candidate for use as a working electrode material in electrochemical applications, similar to other 2D structured nanomaterials. Moreover, the surface of the Ti 3 C 2 T x material carries a negative charge and, owing to the presence of surface functional groups, exhibits hydrophilic properties.
