VP6 is highly conserved and immunogenic, and can induce heterotypic protection in mice (Lopez‐Guerrero et al, 2018). “…However, the co‐inoculation of pcDNA3‐VP2 and pcDNA3‐VP6 was found to induce a better immune response against RV infection when compared with individual plasmids.
