Abstract:The primary objective of neuromorphic electronic devices is the implementation of neural networks that replicate the memory and learning functions of biological synapses. To exploit the advantages of electrolyte gate synaptic transistors operating like biological synapses, we engineered electric double-layer transistors (EDLTs) using phosphorus-doped silicate glass (PSG). To investigate the effects of phosphorus on the EDL and synaptic behavior, undoped silicate spin-on-glass-based transistors were fabricated … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
