Abstract: Antibody-mediated complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) on malignant cells is regulated by several complement regulating proteins (CRP), including the inhibitory complement factor H (fH). FH consists of 20 short consensus repeat elements (SCRs) with specific functional domains.
