Abstract:Enhanced ultraviolet-B (UV-B) radiation promotes anthocyanin biosynthesis in leaves, flowers and fruits of plants. However, the effects and underlying mechanisms of enhanced UV-B radiation on the accumulation of anthocyanins in the tubers of potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) remain unclear.
