Abstract:Barium strontium titanate (BST) thin films deposited on stainless steel (SS) substrates can be expected for their potential applications in MEMS-structure tunable microwave devices. In this paper, two sandwich-like structures with varied average Ba/Sr ratio of BST thin films, Ba 0.6 Sr 0.4 TiO 3 layer in the middle or at ends, on LaNiO 3 buffered SS substrates were fabricated by sol-gel technique, and meanwhile were theoretically carried out via a modified phenomenological model. Results show that dielectric c… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
