Abstract:In this study, the synthesis of poly(carbazolyl‐amine)s with a random co‐polymerized biphenyl group through the Buchwald–Hartwig amination to enhance ion‐assisted space‐charge‐limited current (SCLC) and achieve efficient performance in photorefractive (PR) polymers, is reported.
