Enhanced Photoelectrocatalytic Activity of Oriented Rutile TiO<sub>2</sub> Nanorod Array Film through Nb Doping

Abstract: TiO2 nanorod array films with or without Nb doping grown directly on transparent conductive glass (FTO) were prepared by a facile hydrothermal method.
