Health digital GIS map provides a great solution for medical geographical distribution to efficiently explore diseases and health services. In Sudan, tuberculosis disease is expanding in different areas, which requires a digital GIS map to collect information about the patients and support medical institutions by geographical distribution based on health services, drug supply, and consumption. This paper developed a health digital GIS map to provide a fair geographical distribution of tuberculosis health centers and control the drug supply according to medical reports. The proposed approach extracts the unfair distribution of medicine, as some centers receive medicine but do not receive patients, while others receive a large number of patients but limited amounts of medicine. The analysis results show that there is a defect in some states representing the distribution of tuberculosis centers. In the Northern State, there are 15 tuberculosis centers distributed over all localities, serving about 84 tuberculosis-infected patients only.

The statistics of the Conference International des Grands Reseaux Electriques (CIGRE) indicate that the operational reliability of SF 6 gas-insulated equipment (GIE) is very high; however, the failure rate of the GIE in operation is much higher than that of the IEC standard, and the fault occurs frequently in the GIE at a high voltage level. The reason is due to the complex and strong on-site electromagnetic interference environment and fully enclosed structure of GIE. The key method and technology for effective on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of GIE are still lacking. Given the partial strong electromagnetic energy and high temperature induced by early latent insulation faults in the equipment, SF 6 gas insulation presents different degrees of decomposition. The decomposition products mainly include SO 2 F 2 , SOF 2 , SO 2 , HF, and H 2 S. The decomposition characteristics of SF 6 are closely related to the property of insulation faults. At present, this area is attracting attention from the power industry and research institutes. This study summarises the current research on SF 6 decomposition component analysis (DCA). The content mainly includes the latest progress of SF 6 decomposition characteristics and mechanism under fault conditions, and fault diagnosis methods based on decomposition components.

This study aims to create an integrated geographical information system (GIS) database of natural resources represented by mining activities in the Red Sea area in Sudan. GIS is a vital tool to help the decision-makers in managing and classifying these resources in terms of quantity and quality within the concept of sustainable development. The paper extracts some models of investment map indicators. In addition to that, it conducts a study and research aimed at developing a mineral resources management and discovering and identifying the new areas of mineral wealth in GIS database. The motivation of this study stems from the fact that countries with these types of wealth can greatly grow their gross domestic product (GDP) through the optimum management and governance. Most of the least development countries (LDC) can focus on the search for alternative natural resources (beside other conventional resources, i.e., agriculture) to support their economy. Red Sea region is one of the great regions full of natural and mineral resources (specifically gold and minerals), beside its strategic location on the way of most of the global trade transaction path. This paper designs and implements GIS multiple database layers. The multiple layers were modelled to overcome the technical difficulties that result from processing of large quantities of tempospatial information. The database was built by using an Oracle database system due to its capability of multilayer design.
