Abstract: Here we study the effect of ion migration on the performance of perovskite light emitting diodes (PeLEDs). We compared aromatic and linear barrier molecules in Ruddlesden-Popper and Dion-Jacobson two-dimensional perovskites having multiple quantum well (MQW) structures.
