Abstract:Due to the perfect spin filtering at the lattice-matched multilayer graphene/ Ni(111) interface, the lattice-matched multilayer graphene/Ni(111) interface has been attracting wide interest in two-dimensional magnetic tunnel junctions (2D-MTJs).
