Abstract: We developed a solar-driven photo-bioelectrochemical cell (s-PBEC) employing a novel anode photocatalyst material (Co3(PO4)2/Mg(OH)2) intimately coupled with electrochemically active bacteria for synergic electricity generation from wastewater.
